What is your shipping policy?

We will ship out all orders with 1 business day of order placement. In case of back order or shipping delays, our staff will contact you directly

DOMESTIC

To keep shipping costs low for our customers, we use local USPS as our preferred shipping partner.

INTERNATIONAL

At this time, we do not offer international delivery.  

Are your products made locally?

Yes, all of our products are made in our pharmacy located in Alexandria, Virginia.  We always use pharmaceutical grade ingredients and exclusively use Aromatics International as our source for essential oils.

Why did you choose Aromatics International as your supplier?

Quite simply, we trust their manufacturer processes as much as our pharmaceuticals. Aromatics International quality standards are below:

"In order for essential oils to have a therapeutic effect we believe they must be pure plant extracts. The best way to assure the purity of each batch of oil is by testing the oil with Gas Chromatography/ Mass Spectrometry (GC/MS). At Aromatics International every batch of oil purchased from a distiller or distributor is tested with GC/MS. We only buy from distillers and distributers who sell oils extracted from plants that have not been sprayed or treated with any chemicals."
